    Pour 1 to 2 teaspoons (10-20ml) of castor oil into the central cotton pad, making sure the oil doesn't get onto the adhesive area around the edges.

    Starting pressing from the bottom edge, then move upwards along the edges, ensuring a snug fit and seal.

Loving the packs, I leave them on all night and there is no issue with leakage
i would like to see a pack of 20 in the future and maybe some that can be reused a second

Brilliant Idea & So Convenient

I loved the idea of this castor oil pack and it is brilliant and convenient BUT I am severely allergic to the Flixomul sticky tape.
All the best so happy that you have a fantastic idea unfortunately not for me.

I got my period and was suffering from extreme cramps. I had just received my delivery so I thought I would try putting my castor oil on my larger wrap pad and placed it on my lower abdomen and to my surprise, RELIEF WITHIN MINUTES!
